Tracking

All orders include tracking. Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These are not included in our shipping charges.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
